ZUS Coffee - Domestic Departure Gate A Terminal 1 KLIA

I really like the ZUS Coffee here because it’s so affordable next to domestic gate. You only pay about RM 2 more than what it costs outside the airport. So for Americano you only needed to pay around RM 8ish. I however would suggest you to try their signature Mango Americano only RM 10.90! Cheap and tasty! The place has plenty of seating and lots of charging ports, which is super convenient. The staff, especially the Malay ladies, are fast and friendly. They even call out your name when your order is ready, which is helpful if you happen to miss the notification on the app. It’s a small touch that makes you appreciate their service even more.

The coffee flavor wasn’t overpowering, and it felt like a perfect balance between espresso and milk. The service was fast and friendly. The staff greeted me with a smile and were happy to give recommendations. The ambiance of the café is modern and cozy, with enough space to sit and work or chat with friends. One thing I really appreciate about ZUS is the price point — it’s affordable compared to other premium coffee brands, but the quality is still impressive. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the seating area can get quite crowded during peak hours. But overall, it’s a great spot for good coffee at a reasonable price.

One of the best coffee among the franchise coffee shops! Ordered the Ceo Latte, it’s aromatic and has strong coffee taste. You can choose from 2 types of coffee bean, one is stronger chocolatey and the other is fruity. And I have chosen the former, which was good.

Despite being busy with orders, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, showing great customer service. I really appreciated their positive attitude. I expected airport prices to be high, but the coffee and drinks were reasonably priced, making it a good choice for a quick pick-me-up before a flight.
